DORA

What is DORA?

A Designated Outdoor Refreshment Area (DORA) is an exception to the Ohio Revised Code’s open container law.

In Uptown Westerville, locals and tourists can enjoy the Uptown District and walking between establishments with a drink between 4-10p on weekdays, and between 11a-10p on weekends.

Beer, wine, and cocktails can be consumed inside DORA boundaries by purchasing drinks from participating DORA establishments.
