MAY 24 – COLIN JOHN live at Java Central. Colin is a virtuoso guitarist and international touring and recording musician – who we all know him at JC for his awesome Blues gigs with LONG TALL DEB. But he is from Hawaii and is a renowned Hawaiian steel guitarist who recently performed at the Kona Steel Guitar Festival on the Big Island. Ethereal, yes, but he can really shred on it! Colin will play and discuss the Hawaiian Steel Guitar and its influence on music around the world.
