The Strength In Colors 5K & KIDS DASH heightens awareness of six cancers that can be caused by the human papillomavirus (HPV) by bringing patients, families, and the community together to raise funds that will help prevent cancer and improve patient outcomes and their quality of life.

You are invited to join us on Sunday, July 27th, at the Westerville Sports Complex (325 N Cleveland Ave, Westerville, OH 43082) to support cancer patients, survivors, and to raise awareness of cancer prevention. The morning will be filled with activities for the entire family.

• The KIDS DASH: Sponsored by Northstar Family Dental will provide kids 10 and under with a race tailored just for them! All participants will receive a fun prize and a few surprises too!

Post-Race Family Zone

An area for local businesses and nonprofits to share how they are positively impacting our community! Vendors will be on-site selling food, coffee, and cold drinks!
Grab a complimentary post-race snack and stroll through the Family Zone to wind down.

• Wellness Row: Health and Wellness experts will be on-site to provide HPV-related cancer prevention education materials and to answer your questions.
• The Ohio State Community Care Coach will be providing free biometric screenings and the HPV vaccine. No appointment is necessary, but you can CALL 614-293-CARE (614-293-2273) to make an appointment and to ask questions prior to the event. All patients regardless of ability to pay are accepted.  Medicaid, Medicare and all major insurances are accepted.
• KIDS ZONE: Various local entertainers and fun-seekers, including face painters and balloon twisters, will fill the zone.
• Canine Corner: Bring your pup by to visit local organizations, including PetSmart, Paws for Life, and Humane Society of Delaware County. There will be water and treat bags for the furry ones. Dogs must be on a leash at all times.
