A gorgeous morning is forecast, and cherries, garlic and sweet corn are among the fresh fruit and vegetables visitors will be able to find at the Westerville Saturday Farmers Market July 13.

The Westerville Saturday Farmers Market is a producer market with proteins, produce, and artisan bakers. It also features vendors offering specialized prepared foods on site, health and community service tents and live music

Special features offered various weeks range from fitness and healthy cooking classes to knife sharpening.

The Market takes place from 9 a.m. to noon on Saturdays, in the parking lots behind Westerville City Hall, 21 S. State St.  Market dates continue in 2024 through Sept. 28, rain or shine.

Pre-Market Workout Session

Start off the morning July 13 with a pre-workout at 8 a.m. from Beth Henman of Fit Works with Beth. The fitness class will take place on the green space at neighboring First Presbyterian Church of Westerville, and Beth asks participants to bring a mat!

Musical Guest

Our musical guest July 13 will be Chris Hartman.

Several local organizations will set up display booths at the Market July 13 to let visitors know about their ongoing and upcoming activities, including:

• First Presbyterian Church of Westerville
• Westerville Lions Club 
• Westerville C.H.A.T.  representatives will be at the Market with information about the upcoming Cancer Prevention Health Fair, to be held from 1:30-3:30 p.m. Aug. 3 at the Westerville Public Library.  Check out the great sunscreen dispenser that will be appearing at the market and future Fourth Friday events (in slide show below).
• Concord Counseling Services will be at the Welcome Table. Stop over and say hello to Linda and Alyson to get information about this great Westerville resource.
