This month, we are excited to highlight Nicole Criger, owner of Nicole Criger Consulting and a familiar face around the Westerville community.
Nicole started her consulting business at the end of 2023 and has been helping businesses grow ever since. Through her work, she partners with growing companies to build structure, strategy, and momentum, especially in operations, sales, and marketing.
What Nicole enjoys most about her work is helping businesses grow in a way that feels intentional and sustainable. Being able to walk alongside business owners and support them through different stages of growth is what keeps her so passionate about what she does.
Over the past few years, Nicole has worked with several amazing organizations. She helped build and grow Rockhouse Realty and now serves as their director of operations. She also works as the director of sales and marketing for Hocking Hills Cabins and Resort, where she has helped expand event operations and recently partnered with Kojak Construction Management to support business development and help strengthen their digital presence.
For Nicole, she says success is built on relationships.
“You’re always going to rely on who you know first,” she shared. “It’s all about building relationships, finding connections, and continuing to nurture them.”
That mindset is one of the reasons she loves being part of the Uptown Westerville community.
As a Westerville native, Uptown has always been a meaningful part of Nicole’s life. She appreciates the way local businesses support one another and how collaboration is such a natural part of doing business here. She also serves on Uptown Westerville Inc.’s Business Relations Committee, where she supports and strengthens the local business community.
“What I love about Uptown is that it’s truly local, supporting local,” Nicole said. “There is such a strong sense of collaboration between businesses, and getting to be part of that through my own business is incredibly rewarding.”
When she’s not helping businesses grow, Nicole is working on an exciting new venture inspired by her Ohio roots: Bottle Rover Company. This new hospitality and event business focuses on creating memorable experiences and meaningful connections and is already collaborating with two Uptown businesses, Pure Roots and Westerville Florist.
