Join our monthly community festival as we take over State Street throughout historic Uptown for the September 2024 Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Fourth Friday!

Live music, roving entertainment, DORA and Uptown’s stellar collection of shops, restaurants and pubs will be joined by special events all along State, and the first blocks of East and West Main Street and College Avenue.

Three Ton Toad plays the City Hall Courtyard from 6:30-8:30 in the Newman Roofing Summer Concert Series. Teens & Tweens areas. Arts Alley. Science Street. More than 100 vendors.
