Sweet Uptown Cookie Walk will be first walking tour of 2024

Munch your way through Uptown at the 2024 Cookie Walk on March 2.

The event – the first Walking Tour for the new year in our historic Uptown Westerville commercial district – will be staged from noon to 4 p.m. on Saturday, March 2.

Stops on the tour are 25 Uptown shops and businesses. At each tour stop, participants can pick up a delicious Cheryl’s Cookie as they browse the merchant’s wares.

Purchase tickets here. A Cookie Walk ticket ($16) gets you a 2024 Cookie Walk tote bag, the chance to collect 25 gourmet Cheryl’s Cookies, and the chance to win a $35 gift card to the Northstar Café.

UPDATE: Check in to start the Cookie Walk March 2 at North High Brewing, 250 N. State St., where you will pick up your tote bag and a map of the participating Uptown businesses.

Visit the 25 businesses and pick up a Cheryl’s Cookie at each stop. Those who hit all 25 locations can return to Amish Originals to enter a draw for one of four, $35 gift cards to the delicious Northstar Café, 109 S. State St.

The Uptown Cookie Walk and several other Walking Tours in the Uptown District throughout the year, are presented by Uptown Westerville Inc., a Main Street America association. UWI is a nonprofit, private-public partnership comprised of Uptown merchants and property owners, residents, and representatives of major institutions in Westerville – the City, the School District, Chamber of Commerce, Westerville Public Library and Otterbein University.

The aim of the group is to create a unified, coherent image for Uptown, to rally community support and establish deeper collaboration, to produce positive impacts on Uptown, and ultimately all of Westerville.
