The Craft Brew Festival in the former Dry Capital of the World
Make Uptown your destination for a great night out Aug. 9 at our 2025 Uptown Untapped festival.
At least sixteen craft breweries will set up to sell their wares. Food will be offered by Uptown eateries. Live music, entertainment, games and scores of our friendly Untapped volunteers will create a great atmosphere. And gluten-free drink choices will be available for those not into to hopping it up!
This event is only for those over the age of 21. All participants must show ID to enter. No exceptions. Event will be held Rain or Shine.
Uptown Untapped sets up along the first block of East Main Street. Usually held the second Saturday of each August, Untapped takes over the roadway and adjacent parking lots both north and south of Main.
Enter from State Street adjacent to the Old Bag of Nails. Have that ID ready!
Event Features
Early Admission Tasting Hour — Be there for the first tap! A tasting menu will be available prior the event. Get your Uptown Untapped tasting cup and sample the offerings available from the craft breweries. Tastings are only offered until 6pm and with the Early Admission ticket (General Admission is included with this ticket)
Full Pours — 12oz pours from local craft breweries (tasting menu will be shared prior to the event). White Claw is available as an alternative.
Main Stage Music — 2025 Acts to be announced!
Eats Available Inside the Event — Asterisk Supper Club, Cardinal Pizza, Flavor and Fire, Old Bag of Nails and The Mide Pit.
Games — Ping Pong, Foosball, Electronic Double Basketball, Putt-Putt, Corn Hole, Giant Jenga

General Admission, 6-10 p.m. (Includes entry in to event and event entertainment; Drink tickets sold separately) $15
Early Admission Tasting Hour, 5-6 p.m. (Includes early entry to event and event entertainment, signature Uptown Untapped 4oz tasting glass and tastings to 6 p.m, Sample menu to be available before event.) $50

Where to park and enter?
Main street will be closed at State Street. Haywood Alley will be closed and the lots to the North and South of East Main Street will be closed beginning at 2pm for event set up.
There is plenty of parking available near by for the event. If you aren’t familiar with the area or need a refresher, Also, consider downloading and using the City of Westerville’s free Smart Parking App, which identifies available spots in Uptown lots, or using COTA Plus to shuttle from your Westerville home to the event. (See COTA section below.)

Profits from Uptown Untapped go toward Uptown Westerville improvements, historic preservation and beautification efforts, and community-building events.
