(Sunday) Aug. 20 Java Central Bluegrass Festival

AUG. 20 —  A special free event on the Brick Walk (weather permitting*) featuring five bluegrass bands with JC connections – a great day of excellent music and fun.

Five bands, from 1-7 p.m. 1 p.m. – WRYGRASS – new band with talented veteran players; 2 p.m. – TEN CENTS OFF – Mike and Laura Lyons and band; 3 p.m. – ALUM CREEK – great 4-part harmonies and outstanding vocals; 4 p.m. – HEN AND CROW – bluegrass/Americana duo, Carloine Hennebert Crow and Wesley Crow; 5-7 p.m.-ish – GARY PUCKETT Trio with Pat Casey and Brian Szuch.

*In case of inclement weather: The festival will be moved inside Java Central with the bands playing on the stage,
