Westerville Children’s Christmas Parade

The Westerville Lions Club presents the annual Westerville Children’s Christmas Parade and Rudolph 5K on Sunday, Dec. 3. State Street will close between the entrance to St. Paul’s Church and Electric Avenue, from 2-4 p.m. for these events.
According to the organization, the events will follow this schedule:
2:30 p.m. Rudolph Run/Walk 5K begins at County Line Road and North State Street.
3:10 p.m. Children’s Christmas Parade expected to begin. Start time is approximate based on the end time of the last 5K participant.
Parade Route: Parade begins at Electric Avenue, moving north to St. Paul’s Church.
The parade stages at Westerville South High School and proceeds north from Electric Avenue on State Street to St. Paul Catholic Church, 313 N. State St.
Parade staging begins at 2 PM with all entries in place by 2:45 PM.
The parade steps off when the Rudolph Run participants make the turn at Electric Ave. and head back to St. Paul for the finish line, at approximately 3-3:15 PM.
