It’s going to be Madness Uptown for October Fourth Friday
The final Fourth Friday Street Festival of 2025 is set for this week, and madness will reign across historic Uptown – in a good way.
Uptown Westerville Inc.’s special Midnight Madness version of the Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Fourth Friday – our annual prelude to Halloween – is set for 6-9 p.m. Oct. 24.
Festival-goers young and old are encouraged to dress up in their Halloween costumes. Many of the approximate 100 street vendors at the Fourth Friday will have candy for early trick-or-treating.
Many Uptown merchants also will be decked out in their ghoul-iest best, and offering extended shopping hours for the Midnight Madness Fourth Friday.
As usual, State Street will be closed for the street festival between Walnut and Home streets. Live entertainment and specialty interest areas again will dot the whole Uptown historic district.
