Our monthly community street festival takes on a special Halloween feel for October, with the annual Midnight Madness theme and focus on extended hours by Uptown merchants as the holidays approach. Join us from 6-9 p.m. Friday, Oct. 25, for the final Mount Carmel St. Ann’s Fourth Friday of 2024 as we take over State Street throughout historic Uptown for Magical Midnight Madness. 

Don’t forget to wear your Halloween costume!

Uptown’s stellar collection of shops as well as its restaurants and pubs will be joined by special events all along State Street, and the first blocks of East and West Main Street and College Avenue.

Our Teens & Tweens areas. Arts Alley. Science Street and popup vendors will all be there. The Westerville Public Library will host its Wizards and Wands Festival from 5-9 p.m., with a series of spellbinding performers (patrons are encouraged to wear costumes).
